The social construct of "gender identity", that was written into Australia's SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT under the Gillard government, has now been entrenched into reality through case law.
In other words, under Australian law, a woman can be a man with a penis, even though this is at odds with Scientific Law.
This is a serious degradation & degeneration of Western culture that results from the Homosexual Political Agenda, particularly from the TQ part of the LGBTQ Agenda.
This case-law follows down the slippery slope arising from the removal of GENDER from Australia's MARRIAGE ACT in 2017.
This is, in effect, the attack on GENDER itself, all a part of what is known as QUEER LAW.
The Australian legal activist & proponent of QUEER LAW is Associate Professor Wayne Morgan of the Law Department, Australian National University. See his bio below.
The gay Wayne Morgan and his gay PhD student are believed to have written some of the submissions lodged by the gay applicant (Kerslake) in the long-running ACAT anti-gay vilification case referred above as KERSLAKE v SUNOL.
Aside: this David Bottrill government-insider character was Kerslake's minder and legal advisor in KERSLAKE v SUNOL. He was observed in this role at the public hearings for this case on the 17 th of March 2021 and the 11 th of May 2021.
Assoc. Professor Wayne Morgan is also believed to have beeen responsible for writing a draft of the final KERSLAKE v SUNOL decisions published by the tribunal that was run by a single gay presiding member supervised by the gay Attorney General who in tern reported to the gay Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory. It is true it seems that the gays run Canberra and this explains in part the extroardinary success of the LGBTQ Agenda in Australia.
The aim of Assoc Professor Wayne Morgan's QUEER LAW is to eliminate heteronormativity as an accepted world view underwriting man-made law and legislation.
The appeal reported in August 2025 has been lost. The woman with a penis won the discrimination case, based on the the fact that "gender identity" has become a reality under Australian law.
